How to delete your data.
You have the right to request the deletion of all your data at any time. This page explains exactly how to do it and what happens afterwards.
How to delete your full account
Option 1 — Via email (recommended)
Send an email to arkkhecorp@gmail.com with:
- Subject: "Data deletion request"
- Account email you want deleted
- Confirmation that you understand this action is irreversible
We process within 30 days. You'll get a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Option 2 — Via WhatsApp
Send a message to +55 11 98057-6722 requesting deletion. Same number you'd use for support.
Option 3 — From the panel (in development)
We're building the self-service option at /configuracoes → "Delete account". Available in the next release. For now, use Option 1 or 2.
What happens when you request deletion
We immediately delete:
- Your account (email + password + active sessions)
- Posts created (drafts, scheduled, history)
- Uploaded images
- Tokens of connected social networks (your authorization to Octerio is revoked on the network side as well — we also recommend removing Octerio directly in each social network's settings to be sure)
- Preferences and settings
- Technical logs containing your identifier
What may remain (legal / tax requirement)
- Tax records of payments: 5 years per Brazilian Federal Revenue rules (invoices, receipts)
- Anonymized audit logs: 1 year (don't contain your personally identifiable data)
This data is isolated, encrypted, and not used for any other purpose.
Revoke access to a specific social network
If you only want to disconnect one network (e.g., Instagram) and keep your Octerio account active:
- Go to app-octerio.arkkhe.com/redes
- Click "Disconnect" on the desired network
- Done — the token is wiped immediately from our side
To reinforce the disconnection, we also recommend revoking the app directly in the social network:
- Instagram / Facebook: accounts.meta.com → Business integrations
- Bluesky: Settings → App Passwords → Revoke
- Telegram: @BotFather → your bot → Revoke API Token
- Others: typically under "Settings → Connected Apps" or similar in each network
Cancel subscription without deleting data
If you only want to cancel billing without losing history:
- Go to /assinatura
- Open the Customer Portal (managed by Stripe)
- Click "Cancel subscription"
You keep access until the end of the already-paid period, with no new charges. Your account and data remain intact (just no new posts) — you can reactivate anytime.
