The rules for using Octerio.
These terms govern your use of Octerio. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Octerio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
- You must be 18 years or older
- Provide truthful information and keep your email up to date
- Keep your password secure — you are responsible for all activity in your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
3. Subscription and billing
3.1 Plans
- Free Trial: 3 free posts, no credit card required
- Monthly: $9/month — no commitment
- Annual: $90/year — equivalent to $7.50/month, 2 months free
Brazilian visitors see prices in BRL (R$ 47/month, R$ 470/year) — Stripe automatically converts to local currency at checkout.
3.2 Billing
We charge via Stripe at the frequency of your chosen plan (monthly or annual). Billing renews automatically until you cancel.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via the Customer Portal at /assinatura. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the already-paid period. We don't charge afterwards.
3.4 Refund
7-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase and we return 100%, no questions asked. Email arkkhecorp@gmail.com.
After 7 days, refunds are reviewed case by case based on the reason.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Octerio for:
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive content
- Illegal, discriminatory, violent, or pornographic content
- Violating copyrights or trademarks
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
- Trying to bypass plan limits (creating multiple accounts to exhaust trials, etc.)
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to access other users' accounts
- Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with third parties
Violations result in immediate suspension without refund. Severe cases may be reported to authorities.
5. User content
- You retain all rights over the content you publish via Octerio
- You grant Octerio a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and publish that content to the networks you authorized
- You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights to the content (images, text, trademarks) you publish
- Each social network has its own rules — you're responsible for complying with their Terms of Use as well
6. Service availability
Octerio is provided "as is". We don't guarantee:
- 100% uptime (we strive for the best possible, but failures happen)
- That all social networks will always work — their APIs change, can go down, or discontinue features
- A specific timeline for features marked "soon" (AI customer service, paid ads)
7. Limitation of liability
ARKKHE Corp is not liable for:
- Posts not published due to third-party API failures
- Content banned or removed by social networks
- Lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages
- Data lost due to technical failure — keeping backups of your content is your responsibility
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Intellectual property
Octerio (brand, source code, design, documentation) belongs to ARKKHE Corp. These Terms grant no rights over our intellectual property.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Payment default for more than 30 days
- Fraudulent or abusive use
If we terminate without cause, we refund the proportional amount of unused paid time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Venue: São Paulo, SP, waiving any other no matter how privileged.
11. Changes to terms
Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after the deadline constitutes acceptance. Minor changes take effect without notice.
